Staying hydrated is not only required for overall health but it also maintains fresh breath. Water helps wash away food particles and bacteria that can lead to bad breath.
Our body constitutes 60 to 70 % of water. A person weighing 20 kilogram requires one liter of water, hence a person weighing 70 kilogram should consume 3 and half liter of water. .
