Dr. Rajendra Gawai a DERMATALOGIST is a MBBS graduate from Govt. Medical College Nagpur and is a post graduate DVD from Grant Medical College Mumbai. Before starting his own venture Alfacommuniations Dr. Gawai has served in various organizations in various capacities. He has a teaching experience of more than four years in K.J.Somaiya Medical College. He was also awarded a "Certificate of Appreciation" for devotion, dedication and demonstration of excellence in the field of medical education by K.J.Somaiya Medical College in February 1994 He also has to his credit of serving in Bombay Hospital Marine Lines and MGM Hospital Parel, Mumbai.

Alfacommunications was established in 2002 to arrange Medical Conferences and Seminars of the leading Medical Practitioners. The first event of Alfacommunications was conducted on 13th October 2002 at Yeshwantrao Chavan Pratisthan. It was attended by many eminent ENT Surgeons .The topic of this conference was " LATEST UPDATE IN ENT". Alfacommunications later conducted many Medical Events.

Alfacommunications later also ventured into e health awareness portal www.fewhealthtips.com. It was launched on 1st April 2005. This eportal was tremendously appreciated in the Medical Fraternity . Hence we feel proud to mention that this eportal in the last seventeen years from 1st April 2005 has been updated without any interruption every month till today.

Further In the last nineteen years leading Newspapers have published various health awareness articles written by Dr.Rajendra Gawai


CULTURAL

Alfacommnunications is also into cultural activities and has done four Hindi Drama. One in Prabodhankar Thackarey Hall, One in Nehru Planetorium and two in Rang Sharda Auditorium

SOCIAL

He is also the Trustee of the most reputed Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Smarak Samiti (Deekhshabhoomi) Nagpur.

POLITICAL

Dr.Gawai is also National General Secretary Republican of Party of India and was also a Republican Party of India candidate in the Amrawati Loksabha 2009 election. He gave tough time to the then sitting member of Parliament and ex Union finance Minister of India Shri Anand Adsul in the election. Dr.Gawai though lost the election secured 252570 votes.
