TEETH CARE IN ADULTS
Have a regular check up through a proper dentist.
Avoid mouthwash immediately after food since it reacts with the food particles stuck in the teeth.
Drink plenty of water and consume fresh vegetable which are good for teeth.
Flossing gets into the area that brushing can’t reach. Hence make flossing a habit If you eat sticky foods like chocolates, brush after the consumption of these foods.
Sugar is considered as teeth deadliest enemy and is the prime cause of tooth decay.
Hence brushing should be habit after eating cakes, pastries, or to that matter any food containing sugar.
Celery sticks and carrots are natural toothbrush, hence have plenty of them Brushing should be done twice a day with correct technique which can be learnt from any dental professional. However avoid aggressive brushing.
Children should be educated for the same from the very beginning.
Coffee ,Tea,Cola ,Ketchup can stain the teeths and should be avoided

TEETH CARE IN INFANTS
There are special tooth brush for kids which are delicate and soft and those only should be used for kids to prevent damage to gums. Before sleeping brush their teeth and avoid any food after that except mothers milk. If this is not possible and if the kid is given cows milk, wipe the teeth with wet cloth and give them some water to drink.
