Every year on 2nd September is celebrated as Coconut day. The basic idea is spread the awareness of utility of Coconut .Coconut also known as Shrifal or Fruit of The Gods is used in several dishes. It is used in sweets, in rice, in chutney, in soup and many other preparations.

So in sensible quanity coconut fat was considered good for heart.
